1. Agreement to Terms
By using SobbiDispo's moving services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
2.1 Moving Services
SobbiDispo provides professional moving, packing, and storage services including:
- Residential and commercial relocations
- Professional packing and unpacking
- Short-term and long-term storage solutions
- Specialized item handling
2.2 Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service for:
- Hazardous or prohibited items
- Items exceeding weight or size limits
- Locations deemed unsafe for our staff
- Services requiring specialized licenses we do not hold
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final costs may vary based on actual services required and unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Deposit may be required to secure booking
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- Additional charges may apply for extra services
- Late payment charges may be applied to overdue accounts
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Preparation
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information about items and locations
- Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations
- Disconnect and prepare appliances
- Pack personal and valuable items unless packing service is requested
- Be present or designate a representative during service
4.2 Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be moved:
- Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive)
- Perishable food items
- Living plants and animals
- Firearms and ammunition
- Important documents (unless specifically arranged)
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Our Liability
SobbiDispo is liable for damage or loss caused by our negligence up to the declared value of items or our insurance limits, whichever is lower.
5.2 Customer Insurance
We recommend customers maintain their own insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to basic coverage unless additional insurance is purchased.
5.3 Claims Process
Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery completion with photographic evidence where applicable.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Customer Cancellation
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee
6.2 SobbiDispo Cancellation
We may cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be provided if we cancel.
7. Storage Terms
7.1 Storage Conditions
Items in storage are held in secure, climate-controlled facilities with regular monitoring.
7.2 Storage Fees
Storage fees are charged monthly in advance. Items may be disposed of if fees remain unpaid for 30 days after notice.
8. Force Majeure
SobbiDispo is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Informal Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues informally.
9.2 Formal Disputes
Formal disputes will be resolved through UK arbitration services or appropriate courts in England and Wales.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
